I just stayed there two weeks ago for 3 nights. I have staed there man times in the past. As a patinum I have always been upgraded to an executive suite. For tourist attractions the hotels on the beach are better this otel is targetted more towards the business traveller. It is one of the few hotels offering high spped internet access in the room for RM30 or apprx US$ per night. I have always found their service to be exemplery.

Eric in the It department is very helpfull whenever needed and goes out of his way to help you out. He even changed the operating system etc on my laptop when I mentioned I was planning on doing that. when he thougt that may have been the problem with my laptop. he has even come back from home to help at 10 at night to make sue I was able to use the high spped internet acess without a problem. When it was figured out that the problem was with the cable in the room they straight away upgraded me to an even bigger one bedroom suite where the cable was working fine. People like Eric make me wish that all hotel employees were like that. :-)
