What is an "Inactive" Reservation?
I made a flight reservation on 12 Jan. I cancelled it on 13 Jan, nineteen hours after making it. The screen indicated the amount would be refunded to my original form of payment. No problem.
Or so I assume. I'm still waiting for the refund. Yes, I know it can take a while, but in the past it has not taken this long. But there's something else. I went to my reservations to have a look. The cancelled booking is not listed in the "Cancelled" tab, it's listed in the "Inactive" tab. Is "Inactive" where non-refunded cancelled reservations go to live? If so, then I have to bring its mistake to CO's attention. If not, then I'll be more patient waiting for my refund.
