I stayed there last month, the hotel is "old" and some appliances were not working in the room.
As a platinum, I did get a suite. However, when I asked for some ice from the bar to bring back to my room, I was charged 2.50 Euro for the ice.
The Hilton across the street is better, with a nice club room and free ice.
