I believe that AirTran currently flies to Aruba, and the Southwest agent tells me that they are expecting clearance for the merger in the next 3-6 months (is this accurate?).

I'm curious if anyone has an opinion if the Rapid Reward free RT tickets will be honored on AirTran flights (if so, Aruba appears to be a great opportunity to use that free ticket). And likely a better opportunity to use that free RT ticket than under RR 2.0.

Any thoughts on this?
