Surprise, surprise, when I was about to write to the GM, I got an answer from the person at guest relation I have been in contact with before! She's been on holiday (and will be back tomorrow). Fair enough, but I would have liked an automatic answer telling me she actually WAS away, then I wouldn't be mad for no answer. Wonder if she is a FT????

Usually my upgrade has been shown weeks and even months in advance. This time there is still no upgrade showing. Should I be worried?
