My trip was booked PRIOR to receiving the email and registering. I still received 2500 bonus miles for an existing itinerary after I registered. Thanks Delta!

I also booked before I registered and recieved the 2500 miles. I have another trip next week that I booked after registering so hoping for another 2500.

To those of you saying it is "targeted". Doesn't it have to be targeted? It is your birthday.
