Im curious as to what will happen to the BF soft product.
I feel it is quite a step closer, if not equal to AA and UA's intl FC soft product (wine selection not included) and the best of ALL USA based carriers' J soft product (wine not included).
and with this claim, I mean some of the small things like hot appetizer cart and cheese/port cart (most BF flights). choice of desserts from cart. ability to have both cheese and dessert. adequate arrival meal. concierge. etc.
or will BF turn into UA BIZ with its lack luster J soft product, due its need to be inferior to the F soft product?
