I would like to mention that the staff are especially helpful even for non-guests. I was there over Christmas having cut my trip to Lake Louise and Banff short. I thought i should go by Whistler and stay there a couple of nights. Big Mistake! Most hotels were full and the Westin was full. The ladies at the front desk kindly called a few hotels for me, and so did her colleague. At the end, they managed to find a place for me to stay despite the exorbitant price. And all i said was "thank you", i felt kind of bad.
