Looks like http://dmn.delta.com/offers/febbday/ is now live, too, HOWEVER, you must wait until Jan 26th to register. Those with February birthdays (at least according to their profile) should take note and then jump on it next week.

First register, then book your round-trip ticket by February 28, 2011 and complete your travel by March 31, 2011 to receive your 2,500 birthday bonus miles.
