Basically you have to be a member of points.com and a member of each reward program.

Takes about 4-5 days to do the transfer.

Kinda goes like this:

1. Convert 50,000 AP to approx 56,500 Esso Points via Points.com (no charge, about 24 hours to convert online);

2. Converted 56,500 Esso Extra Points to 34,500 RBC Reward Points via EssoExtra.com (no charge, about about 48h);

3. Converted 34,500 RBC Reward Points to 51,750 BA Points via phone call to RBC Rewards (no online conversion available) at a 50% bonus which was available until January 31, 2011. all transfers free.

I have also done CO miles - to esso- to RBC - BA , as well as HBC rewards - to esso - to rbc - BAEC.
