Overloading at buffets, whether they're at Golden Coral, the Rio in Vegas, or a free breakfast at homewood Suites, is rude behavior. Unfortunately, it's not a violation of any rule or policy (it is all you care to eat), so there's little you can do besides glare, and make sure you get ahead of the overloaders in the line when the next tub of eggs comes out.
Isn't there a rule about having to eat the food in the dining area? If not, there should be.
