If this flight was operated by AF then this question really belongs in the AF forum.

I don't know the rules for the EU but in the US that would be a big no-no unless the folks visiting the cockpit were airline pilots of some sort. IIRC only actual commercial pilots are allowed to ride in the jumpseat in the cockpit during flight ops. A private pilot aka someone with their own small light aircraft doesn't qualify.
