You have basically two paths available: either find an employer willing to sponsor you for a work visa (eg. 457), which is quite quick to process but ties you to your employer; or apply for permanent residence as a skilled migrant, which is expensive and takes forever but, once obtained, means you can work pretty much anywhere you want.
