I'm not going to weigh in on the whole pro/anti-Ryanair debate - but that video is brilliant - thanks!

(oh, ok, I will. Flew 'em once to Valencia for a weekend. Flight down had the usual annoyances - oh that ghastly colour orange! - but tolerable given the price. We got to the airport on Sunday evening for the flight home, after delays on the tram-metro, in the nick of time - or so we thought. They closed the return flight five minutes *early*, even by the official clock in the airport, and slammed the customer service office shut in our faces. We weren't allowed through security, and of course it was the last flight out... So we had to shell out for another hotel room and two one-ways on Monday morning on Iberia at full price so that I could get to a meeting and my girlfriend could catch a flight to China that afternoon. Luckily her company's travel desk was able, on a Sunday evening, to re-book her flight from Monday noon to early evening. So, once burned, twice shy; never again - although I'm happy to fly EasyJet.)
