Actually I'd disagree. Unless they are such infrequent travellers as to have no left their homes enough times in order to learn to read, they have no excuse. Ryanair make it clean that you must check-in online at various stages including the itinerary email and constant reminders in th run up to departure.

I think you still under-rate people's abilities in figuring out Ryanair's pricing. When it boils down to it, even with so called hidden charges etc the full price is still displayed before you enter you CC details so the choice is there.

Actually, on my FR flights ive seen quite a number of business pax - then again, when BA start flying the destinations Ryamair do, they may swap. Or they very well may not..And many, many times I've found FR a hell of a lot cheaper than most.
