Not really, HS always depends on the day of week you are there, as on weekday it seldom has large crowd or people that grab in large quantity.

HS charge a lot more on weekdays (I had seen even more than HGI) as it has evening reception which serve dinner. When it comes weekends, the rate go as low as HI as no evening reception, so it would also get the same crowd from HI.
