We're actually staying at this resort right now and have had quite a positive experience. I booked a junior suite for nine nights, and without asking (as a SPG gold) I was upgraded to one of the x88 luxury suites. The suite is 1300 sq feet+ with four or five balconies. I've never seen more than one person in line for the front desk, and we've never had a probem getting pool chairs at any time of day here. Regular internet is free I believe, while they charge 9.99 per 24 h for "premium" speed internet. Yes, the parking stalls are very small, but have always been availalble. They also offer a few extra benefits for gold/plat, such as 10% off room service and the luao.
