Right now i have an itinerary (booked on co, co codeshare operated by ua) that's showing "there are no flights to upgrade" on ual. I called and the agent after disappearing for a couple minutes said that i have nothing to worry about and UDU still applies. I seriously doubt she put an upgrade request in...
Do I need to call again and make sure "upgrade pending" message comes up?
