Why didn't you just ask the agent who met the flight what to do? I have never gotten off a plane and not been greeted by a Delta agent. Did you just not ask him/her?
Are you serious? This happens to me all the time, especially on late night arrivals!
Once at SFO arrived late because of mechanical and there were NO Delta agents around on the concourse so I went to baggage claim to get my voucher...but how many travelers know to go to baggage claim for that kind of thing?
