Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club opened in 2008. It predates the SR, but not by much.

That seems to be a typical approach to building these types of resorts -- especially with timeshare properties and homes attached to them. IIUC, the course at Roco Ki opened a while back even though the Westin construction seems to be stalled.

AFAIK, Le Paradis construction of both the golf course and hotel remains stalled.
