Sorry, but no. That doesn't mean you can't give it a try, however, by sending an inquiry without any personal info.
Expedited transfers are possible with three airlines and Aeroplan is not one of them. It can take up to 30 days to affect a transfer to Aeroplan. Longer if the airline rejects it for some reason.
