Starwood Credit Card - Non USA ?
Can anyone help here ?

I am hoping to maximise my spg points for a future award stay and wanted to also sign up for a Starwood credit card to add to the points in this way.

I'm based in Ireland - does anyone have experience of signing up for same outside the USA ?
