Hi Ben,

Did this exact trip in 2007 including the Cathay leg back to HKG!

I'd agree with everything above. Have never used the sauna etc at LHR but have heard good reports.

A tip for HKG on the outbound is to book your shower as soon as you arrive in the lounge. We didn't and then only my wife had time to shower.
