I had my first experience at the EWR Ruby's after a red-eye last week. I was really surprised at the limited choices on the breakfast menu - definitely not the 4 pages of breakfast options you typically find in a Jersey diner. That said, the bacon and french toast that I had were really good, and the service was very friendly.

I am glad to hear there is another choice, and I am going to try the Garden State Diner on my red-eye two weeks from now.
