If it helps, I was in Dublin on Tuesday this week, flying with Aer Lingus back to LHR, and showed my BAEC Silver card, and was admitted to the lounge without a problem. This is the new Lounge in Terminal 2 at Dublin - which is nothing special, but you can get some cheese and biscuits and a glass of wine to pass the time.
