I don't speak German (much) and I ordered from koffer direkt by using google translate. Worked like a charm.

Then I decided to change my order, so I called Koffer Direkt's number. It turns out that most of the people who are answering the phone there speak excellent English. So, yeah, I'd totally recommend them. Especially because shipping wasn't too bad (2 weeks.)
