Obviously I do not believe this at all, but that is how some travelers have felt in the past.
I have always been treated nicely in all my interactions with the ISM during the flight.
What I have issues with sometimes are the FA's who are just plain rude and brute in their dealings with passengers regardless of race and ethnicity.
