The point has been argued to death on here, and I know I'm going to sound like a whiner...but I am 0 for my last 16 on my upgrades as a plat. Worse yet is that I think the closest Ive been is around 6th on the list, with the worst being close to 30!
I am not a big spender, so I don't expect or deserve an upgrade every time or even most of the time. But it has become ridiculous. I hate conspiracy theories, (the 10s of $s UG talk) but there has to be something going on.

Your big downside is that you're from EWR - if you look at the great UG rates on CO, seems to be people flying out of IAH/CLE.
Should get better too come 3/1, when some higher status folks drop off.
And of course - TOD can't be ignored. Conspiracy theories generally lack hard evidence - there's no shortage of it with TOD.
