there have been about a dozen posts on each of about a dozen threads on this subject in the last 3-4 months, and the underlying theme is pretty consistent: YMMV
thanks for the info. I know there are other posts, I found them in a search, but nothing of quite recent experiences. I was specifically looking for instances that occurred after the complimentary upgrade benefits were enhanced, specifically regarding silvers. and as far as the ymmv, I know that too, which is why I asked at each connection thinking I would get different answers but it was all consistent, gate saying not eligible but online and on phone a different story.
Given the big inconsistency between your experience and mine, I'm hoping a Delta GA can pop on here and shed some light. thanks
