Definitely B as well. I routinely have 2-4 flight segments, 1-2 hotel stays, and 1-2 rental car transactions in a week. These are often a mix of vendors, transactions, billing methods, and promotions. If points post within a day or two, the details of the transaction are still fresh in mind and I can mentally audit the credit received. If they take a week or more to post, I've already started or completed a whole new week's worth of transactions, and it becomes much more difficult to reconcile.
