I have never seen a German, French or Italian sign anywhere in the US, but in all those countries English signs are everywhere at airports and lounges. Just because it's a global language.

This debate is getting close to OMNI... No, they are not lesser people. All people are equal IMHO. If you refuse/don't want to learn the language almost every American use, that's a choice that you make, but don't expect to get any special treatment if you make that choice.
