I have registered to flytalk as I am so outraged by this change from Eurostar.

I just spent 20min on the phone with carte blanche telling them how outrageous that was and that they should not call it a "Frequent Traveller" programme (outlining that their communication was so hypocritical) anymore.

The person on the phone was very receptive, and the more people give that feedback the better it's going pressure them to change or at least clearly confirm their "we are only after the big corporate spenders" approach.
