Much higher in altitude (1000+ feet) is the CN Tower in Toronto - 360 Restaurant -- supposedly you can see Niagara Falls on a nice day -- I did not the 2 times I went.
Agree.. food and service okay at best. But for a drink and a great view, the View it wonderful.
FYI.. do not book a room on the top floor thinking you can take a flight of stairs up to the View. ;-)
