I'm also in an IT field (software engineer with Computer Science Bachelor, 3 years of professional experience) and thinking of working outside the US for few years. Visited Sydney last year and it was pretty cool city so wondering if there's any website or agencies that could point me to a direction in getting a job in Australia (preferably in Sydney or Melbourne) since I don't know where to start. Do I need to get the working visa first or find a job that will sponsor the visa first? Help and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
