AF Lounge is basically STElite+ and J cabin. However, as pointed out, you can sometimes talk your way in with a sympathetic gate person. I'd look on the AF board, see if you can get sponsored in. I can't speak for others, but if I see someone lost, I'll often sponsor them into the lounge.
