Thanks guys - yeah - the guy at Best Buy did say "thats is odd that the phone sticker is red and the battery is still white' - I guess they thought that I could have replaced the battery - no idea - I was just POd - but hey, they are under no obligation to 'risk it' - so from a business persepctive - I actually understand.
