The best way to recognize Michael for his outstanding service is to contact Customer Care at 800-328-6242 or send them an email from the W branded web site. They will send a fax to the W Union Square to the general manager's attention. Sometimes the general managers respond to these kudos, sometimes not, but I assure you that Michael will be commended, nonetheless.

I know of nothing like American Airline's SOS program within Starwood.
