Lurker: how do I recognize W employee for outstanding service?

As the Free Weekends promo is nearing its end and I still had all my 4 nights left, my wife and I stayed at the W Union Sq last night. We live in Manhattan but decided to just spend 1 night away from it all.
When we got to the hotel, we were helped by Michael O'Neill. I must have stayed over 500 nights in hotels over the last 6 years or so, but have to say that Michael's service was possibly the best ever!!!
We had been upgraded to a Mega room but Michael noticed that that was a smoking room and my profile stated non-smoking. He had a non-smoking room but thought it 'too' standard for a Gold member and wanted to make sure we would be happy by getting an upgrade. He had maid service expedite the cleaning of a nice and large non-smoking room so we could take that one. Since we had to wait, he gave us a coupon for free drinks at the Olives bar.

He clearly didn't need to do all of this for a free room but did it all with a smile and a lot of humor.

Service = revenue: I decided on the spot to change my reservation for this week from the SF Marriott to the W in SF since I was so blown away by Michael's service.

Question (finally...): does Starwood have something like AA's SOS card which makes it possible to recognize Michael?
