I sent an email yesterday afternoon. I said I was disappointed by the change and decline in the overall qualify of service. And of course I mentioned the Leisure Select demise.
I got a response after (exactly) 2 hours:

We really appreciate them and we will take all suggestions into account in our ongoing commitment to further improve the service we provide.
I did not make any suggestion... Why did I bother
