Stupid me, I let our receptionist book my flight SNA/SJC and return for tomorrow. I just looked at the boarding pass she printed for me and it has only my first and last name. I just called WN and their customer service person (very nice, btw), assured me that WN boarding passes only have first and last name. Is that right?
