The 146 ex-JAL pilots and cabin attendants (17 captains，57 co-pilots/first officers, and 72 CAs) filed the lawsuit today on JAL's bankruptcy anniversary. They seek to overturn JAL's layoff. Their arguments are JAL didn't lower the early retirement requirements to include younger pilots and cabin attendants, using age as layoff criteria is inappropriate, and there's no actual need to layoff employees
