Absolutely the gospel truth. The nav system that Franny insisted that I get her in her car is so crappy that she still, after five years, has not figured out how to use it easily and effectively. It is possible that it cannot be used effectively at all.
IMO, you buy a BMW to get a a fast, very good handling car with a smooth stickshift. You leave off all other bells and whistles because those are all really mickeymouse.
