Unfortunately, you can't get OP miles on HA for flying there. Your best bet would be to fly NZ to Apia, and then catch Polynesian for the short hop to Pago Pago. That way you can maximize the OP mileage. Alternatively, fly on CO/UA to HNL, and get the HI miles for the last leg. You won't be able to use them on CO, but if you have to keep going back and forth a few times, it might add up over time and be enough for a useful reward on HI.
