Not that there is a definitive answer to this but when I make a reservation through an entity other than AA, I am unable to change the reservation name that shows up on my itinerary. The name given is the name of the the departing airport and name of the next airport the plane will stop at. i.e. stl/ord
Any idea why it is this way?
