if MH gets an A- for Enrich, Qatar and Emirates would get some kind of crazy A Star Distinction and Dean's Prize or something rating.

Enrich is a definite B- compared to them. Qatar boasts of having the most generous frequent flier program and they're not kidding. Emirates isnt far behind either.
