The club was converted (about 50%) to a paid resturant (overpriced, BTW, and under-quality).

And the fake cheese made a comeback! Faked cheese? fake cheese?

Oh, and the changes to the 'premium' (aka-paid) services. Change it back. It does not look good. It does not feel good. It is just bad. It's about time that the person(s) who made the decision(s) for the changes at JFK SC T2 come out and explain the gap between the plan and the outcome.

Was the overall quality of the non-paid services declined? YES
Was the look and feel of the club declined? YES
Was the fake cheese returned? YES
Do you get a 'look' when you ask for 'non-paid' service when the staff is mainly associated with the paid services? YES
Does it feel like an overprice mediocre resturant with few 'free' side dishes? YES, YES, YES

Please, go back to the SC, as passengers, not as DL staff members. Take a look.Seat there for an hour or so. And do some rethinking.
