Yes, Silver Line to South Station, Red Line to Central would be your best option. The other option would require at least three transfers (massport bus to blue line, blue line to orange line, orange line to red line).
I believe I saw somewhere that there is an MBTA kiosk near the baggage claims that you can purchase a ticket from.
