YUL Domestic MLL had one cookie and 3 carrots left on the counter at roughly 1530

Boarding was a gong show as this GVA-originating flight had been delayed due to arriving an hour late and pax were getting antsy

Gate agent simply stated that the flight arrived from GVA and needed time for grooming

Not at all, we were over 40 mins delayed and no comments from staff

Oddly no, for the second flight that day

The crew, well, polite and professional was younger and appeared quite frazzled that there were still pax missing from the flight 30 mins past scheduled departure time. No announcements were made and when the late pax arrived they were loudly complaining about having to take all their 'crap' off the plane just to get back on the same plane and same seat to make it to YYZ. I was going to explain the term 'Direct International Flight' but decided otherwise.
