Although Southwest Airlines explicitly allows hidden-city ticketing, there is some concern that the new Rapid Rewards point system will not award any points for a partially completed trip. We will know for sure some time after March 1 when somebody tries it.
FL allows hidden city, but does not award any credit for it.

I'm the one who brought up the wife/date thing (hat tip to Queen of ... for looking up the exact reference.) In that contract, it was Rachel and Leah's DAD who was dishonest, not Jacob, the once and future bridegroom.
By the way his explanation was similar to the reasons why airlines don't sue people for this - bad PR. Some commentaries explain that the Dad said, that neighbors would never let him marry off younger daughter before older and when Jacob asked to marry Rachel he had to understand he has to marry Leah first. Looks like CoC written by the airlines
