FL allows hidden city, but does not award any credit for it.

By the way his explanation was similar to the reasons why airlines don't sue people for this - bad PR. Some commentaries explain that the Dad said, that neighbors would never let him marry off younger daughter before older and when Jacob asked to marry Rachel he had to understand he has to marry Leah first. Looks like CoC written by the airlines
