The only thing I can comment on is that the 4 PM late check-out benefit for elite members of Starwood Preferred Guest is subject to availability at resorts. Other than that, I have no idea what the capacity was or what the need to have your room before 4 PM was predicated by during your stay. Perhaps they had a group coming in?

I'll be glad to forward your comments to the hotel coordinators for review. They will contact the hotel and remind them of our policy, but that is about all I can do in this instance.
